How does made to measure work?
Pick a model, choose one or two colours and pay securely online. Your bag is then crocheted by hand in Prague, just for you, and shipped with tracked delivery. You'll get an order confirmation by e-mail right away.
When will my bag arrive?
Making takes about 2–3 weeks (choose express making to move to the front of the queue). Shipping then takes 3–5 working days across Europe with tracked delivery.
Can I return a made-to-measure bag?
Because your bag is made to your personal specification, made-to-measure orders can't be returned under the standard 14-day withdrawal right. If anything arrives damaged or isn't right, contact us and we'll sort it out — see our Terms & Conditions.
How do I care for my bag?
Store it with tissue paper inside to keep its shape, don't machine wash, and clean minor marks gently with a damp cloth.
